How it works
Imagination is the easy part. Delivery is the discipline.
Every Dr Lucas World project moves through ten documented phases with approvals, drawings, and quality control at each stage.
The approach
You are never asked to guess what happens next. Each phase has an output, an approval, and a clear handoff into the next.
Feasibility comes early and honestly. If materials, engineering, timeline, safety, or rights make an idea impossible as described, we say so and propose a route that works.
Capability
The ten phases
Phase 1, Discovery
Understand the idea, purpose, audience, environment, timeline, and investment range.
Phase 2, Creative Direction
Develop the narrative, visual language, experience concept, references, and desired emotional impact.
Phase 3, Feasibility
Evaluate materials, engineering, manufacturing method, safety, logistics, intellectual property requirements, and installation needs.
Phase 4, Concept Development
Create sketches, mood boards, digital concepts, preliminary dimensions, and production recommendations.
Phase 5, Proposal
Present the project scope, deliverables, estimated timeline, production strategy, payment schedule, and responsibilities.
Phase 6, Design and Engineering
Complete drawings, measurements, materials, technical requirements, and approvals.
Phase 7, Fabrication
Assign the project to appropriate specialists and manage production milestones.
Phase 8, Quality Control
Review construction, finish, functionality, safety, packaging, and shipping readiness.
Phase 9, Delivery and Installation
Coordinate transportation, assembly, installation, testing, and on-site requirements.
Phase 10, The Reveal
Deliver the completed creation or full experience and capture the moment through photography or film when included.
Begin at phase one.
Discovery starts with a single conversation.
