Do you really build almost anything?
Within reason, yes. We assess every idea through a feasibility phase that reviews materials, engineering, safety, logistics, intellectual property, and installation. If something cannot be built responsibly, we say so and propose an alternative.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is custom, so there is no price list. During discovery we ask for an investment range, then present a proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and a payment schedule before any work begins.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scale, materials, engineering, and manufacturing capacity. Small creations move faster than engineered installations. A confirmed timeline is issued with the proposal, not before.
Can you use an existing character or brand?
Only with documented permission from the rights holder. We welcome original ideas, client-owned intellectual property, and properly licensed collaborations.
Who owns the design?
Ownership is defined in the project agreement. Client-provided artwork remains the client's. Original designs we develop are assigned according to the terms agreed before production.
Where do you manufacture?
Through a curated global network of specialists selected per project. The production strategy is disclosed in the proposal.
Do you ship and install internationally?
Yes. Crating, freight, customs coordination, assembly, installation, and on-site testing can be included in scope.
Can you work with our existing planner or agency?
Yes. We frequently work alongside planners, venues, and agencies, with responsibilities defined clearly in the proposal.
Is my project confidential?
Yes. Projects are handled confidentially and formal confidentiality agreements are available on request.
Can children commission a project?
No. A parent or guardian always commissions, approves, and signs on a child's behalf.
