Intellectual Property and Commissioning Policy

Projects involving protected characters, trademarks, logos, or entertainment properties may require documented permission from the rights holder. We ask for that documentation during the feasibility phase and cannot proceed without it.

Artwork, photographs, and reference material you supply remain yours. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to use them for evaluating and producing your project.

Original characters and designs developed by Dr Lucas World are assigned according to the terms set out in the project agreement. Where a design is developed from a client's original artwork, the underlying artwork remains the client's.

We do not reproduce third-party characters, trademarks, or copyrighted works without authorization, and we will decline requests that would infringe another party's rights.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, contact the studio and we will review the matter promptly.
