How we measure a child who is becoming.
Traditional academies measure goals and minutes. We measure those, but they are not the primary instrument. Each student is assessed quarterly across six dimensions: technique, tactical reading, physical literacy, emotional regulation, leadership, and citizenship. The dashboard goes to the player first, the parent second, the coach third.
We do not rank children against each other. We track each child against their own last quarter. Compound interest is the only fair benchmark.
